I was kind of disappointed this weekend while I was trying to play my new Animal Crossing game because for the past couple of days Nintendo’s WiFi has been acting up. It seems like a lot of people got this game for Christmas so the servers are being bogged down a lot and therefore making it impossible for people to get into the WiFi to play in other people’s towns. It has been a bummer, but I am sure that it will get better.

I was renting Animal Crossing City Folk all of this time and my lovely significant other bought it for me for Christmas. I am pretty happy because the whole time that I was renting it I was working on making my town really nice and I imported all of this fruit in from other people’s towns and I was sad because I was going to end up losing it all. I am happy now because I get to keep my town and all of the things that I have done to it and it is not all wasted!

I love the fact that I can go to a bunch of different sites to get an insurance quote when I am shopping for any kind of insurance. I like being able to just go to a site and put in my information and they can contact me with a quote instead of having to call each company and give them my information so that they can eventually call me back. I love how convenient it is!

I bought my little sister in law so many toys for Christmas this year. I assume that next year I am going to have to buy her more expensive things and so she is not going to get as much as she did this year, but I guess all kids grow into that at some point. I liked it this year because she got a lot of stuff and we did not spend a bunch of money!

My grandmother was talking to me on the phone yesterday and she said that she was watching the commercial for the sleep number bed and she wants to buy one when she moves out of state. I told her that it does look pretty comfortable and that I would probably get one too in the long run, but the bed that I have right now is pretty good, so it won’t be until this one breaks.

I bought my little sister a digital camera for Christmas this year and I did not realize that it took a compact flash card instead of a SD card. I ended up getting her one after the fact, and she is really happy with her present. She likes being able to take pictures and pick the ones that she likes to give away to people now.

I have been playing a lot of Animal Crossing on the Wii. I rented the game from GameFly.com and I think it would have probably been better if I just bought the game, because I have had it for over two weeks now and I have no intentions of sending it back until my free trial is over. I am going to sell my Nintendo Wii to get some extra holiday cash, and that sucks because I finally found a game that I like to play a lot on there!

I completely forgot that my home owner insurance premium was due last week and they sent me a letter saying that they were going to discontinue my coverage if I did not hurry up and pay them. These companies sometimes forget that we are human and sometimes make mistakes and forget things. It really was not on purpose! I need to hurry and take care of this.

I have been thinking about getting my grandmother one of those talking watches for Christmas this year. I only have a couple of more people to shop for on my list, but she is one of them. She has been having trouble with her eyes, and I think that she would like a talking watch so she does not have to look at it to see what time it is!

My sister in law has been using the alli weight loss pill for a couple of months now and it has been working really well for her. I am always skeptical about diet pills and how they will work, but when I see proof with my own eyes it is indisputable! I am happy for her, and I am thinking about starting on this system myself.
